Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Work: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on concrete.
- Attention to Safety: Strong adherence to safety protocols and willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
