Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate hand and power tools, including jackhammers, saws, and forklifts (training provided).
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including cleaning debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Trade Support: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and setups.
- Quality Control: Help ensure all work meets project specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on your feet.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Experience: Prior experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available.
- Tools: Willingness to learn to use various construction tools and equipment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license is a plus.
