Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, or landscaping duties as directed by the site supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Transport materials around the job site efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check.
