Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform basic site preparation, digging, and leveling.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Basic physical stamina and the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
