Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, framing, and masonry.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of the shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Open to relocation to Virginia locations.
