Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts, backhoes, and skid steers under direct supervision.
- Skill Assistance: Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, drywall hanging, and general site preparation.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Site Preparation: Dig trenches, fill holes, and perform general dirt work as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods outdoors.
- License: Valid Class C Driver’s License required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
