Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks under supervision.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Excavate, dig, and prepare sites for foundations and structural work.
- Monitor equipment and materials, reporting any issues to the Site Supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
