Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using appropriate equipment.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- No prior experience required, but construction background is a plus.
