Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks under night supervision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal between shifts
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report hazards
- Adhere to all local construction codes and company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be available for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
