Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling structures
- Assist in site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
