Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely including jackhammers, saws, and concrete breakers
- Load/unuck construction materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper safety signage and barricades
- Perform site preparation including grading, trenching, and debris removal
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical labor
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites across metro Atlanta
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in teams
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
