Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools such as saws, drills, and levels under supervision.
- Perform site preparation including digging, mixing concrete, and clearing debris.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors to ensure accurate work.
- Assist in erecting and dismantling temporary structures and scaffolding.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
