Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with site preparation and material handling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all project instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols strictly.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
