Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall hanging, and painting.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
