Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Load and unload construction equipment, tools, and materials onto and off of trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure personal and team safety.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
