Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow site blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in loading and unloading construction materials.
- Report safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with the construction crew and project managers.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic measurements.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
