Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with a variety of on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Transport materials to and from the work area using heavy machinery or manual labor.
- Read and understand basic work orders and blueprints.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
