Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following all safety protocols.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools as directed by the site supervisor.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans when necessary.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as excavation, leveling, and concrete finishing.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.
