Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including digging, hauling, and material handling.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters and electricians with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and store them properly.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long shifts.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
