Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with setup, cleanup, and operational support.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, strictly adhering to safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Load and unload trucks and materials as required.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
