Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, or general carpentry as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure maximum safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (evenings/overnights).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and ordering materials.
