Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and construction tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform excavation, leveling, and dirt work as directed by the foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
