Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for daily operations.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, trenching, and basic groundwork.
- Operate and maintain light construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow strict safety protocols and site-specific instructions from crew leaders.
- Perform physical labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and hauling materials.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety standards (preferred but not required).
