Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized and clean job sites per safety protocols
- Follow verbal/written instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in safety briefings and hazard awareness sessions
- Support various construction tasks as project needs evolve
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work evenings (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
