Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling under expert supervision
- Operate hand/power tools safely for cutting, drilling, and demolition tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain OSHA compliance
- Complete daily progress reports and assist with equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
