Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific procedures
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
- Participate in team briefings and shift handovers
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
- No experience required – training provided
