Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including debris removal, material handling, and excavation support
- Assist skilled trades with loading/unloading equipment and materials safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision for cutting, digging, and construction activities
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as directed by site supervisors
- Participate in shift briefings and complete daily progress reports
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
