Responsibilities
- Assist with construction site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Support skilled trades with basic tasks (e.g., digging, lifting, carrying)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
