Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, material handling, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Load/un construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by site supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support skilled trades with foundational tasks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Nashville area
- Willingness to work night shifts (evening/overnight hours)
