Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying construction materials.
- Assist with site preparation, digging, and cleanup operations to ensure a tidy worksite.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and site protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- No experience required: We train all candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods, including standing and walking.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
