About the Role
You will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and concrete pouring.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Perform basic site preparation and cleanup duties at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth location.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Valid ID or Social Security card (required for employment).
