Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of senior tradespeople.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including mixing concrete, sanding, and assisting with painting or carpentry.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with no prior construction experience who are willing to learn.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and bending.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID and work authorization for employment in the United States.
