Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor duties as directed by supervisors.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and light construction equipment safely.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions outdoors.
