Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks and equipment setup
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Follow precise instructions from site supervisors and project managers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Contribute to team productivity while meeting shift deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Experience with basic hand/power tools preferred but not required

- Ability to work in various weather conditions during night shifts
