Responsibilities:

- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks on the job site.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, digging, and setting up scaffolding.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards throughout the shift.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in material inventory management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid I-9 documentation (must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
