As a Laborer on our night shift team, you will play a crucial role in the daily execution of our high-quality construction projects. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and committed to safety and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall hanging, and concrete pouring tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and skid steers, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, mixing concrete, and debris removal.
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours on rotating night shifts.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience in construction, framing, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to job sites in both Arizona and North Carolina.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
