Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Perform site cleanup and maintenance as directed.
- Support skilled tradespeople with necessary tasks.
- Ensure the work area is kept organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically night shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures (OSHA preferred).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred).
