Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, cleaning, and setting up equipment.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions accurately.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in the setup of temporary structures.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred but not required.
