Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Site Assistance: Support carpenters, electricians, and general laborers with daily tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and heavy machinery (with proper certification) under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Formwork & Safety: Assist in setting up forms and ensuring all safety protocols are followed during night operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction labor or general skilled trades is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (5:00 PM - 3:30 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with the crew.
