Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including framing, drywalling, and carpentry support.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on the job site.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including removing debris and ensuring a safe work area.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and carrying items.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work the night shift.
- No prior construction experience required. On-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus but not mandatory.
