Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including mixing concrete, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as directed by the site supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Break down and clean up work areas at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
