Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to support skilled tradespeople.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Follow all safety regulations and site-specific protocols to prevent accidents.
- Help with basic framing, drywall installation, or concrete placement as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) with a positive attitude.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
