Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site activities.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools safely.
- Unload, inventory, and organize construction materials at the job site.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Perform minor site cleanup and debris removal.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
