Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Site Support: Perform general labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, cleaning, and preparing job sites for the next day’s operations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including waste removal and debris management.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with foremen and other crew members to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with little to no experience who are willing to learn.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing on feet.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable transportation method and be available for overtime when necessary.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Tools: Own safety boots and work gloves are highly preferred.
