Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various construction tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools, including forklifts and pallet jacks when certified.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal, waste sorting, and sweeping.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions from supervisors and site managers.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
