As a Construction Laborer on our night shift team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist in site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform general cleanup duties to ensure the work area is ready for the next shift.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Relevant experience in construction labor, landscaping, or general labor is preferred.
