Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, excavation, and cleanup duties.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but we provide training.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
