As a key member of our site team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, grading, and concrete placement support.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform general cleanup duties to ensure project quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
