As a Laborer on our night crew, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If you are physically fit, reliable, and ready to work hard, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed by the foreman.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation tasks including digging, leveling, and concrete pouring assistance.
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions to prevent accidents.
- Help with cleanup and waste removal after work shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is a plus but not required.
- Must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
