Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including framing, drywall, or roofing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and general site cleanup.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction labor, landscaping, or warehouse work is a plus.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
